As a Senior UX Designer, I led the Optimizing Product Discovery project, collaborating with the Product Owner, engineering team, and business stakeholders to enhance the Search and Filter experience. My focus was on reducing friction in product discovery by refining search efficiency, improving filter usability, and streamlining navigation. Through user research, data-driven insights, and iterative design, I helped drive measurable improvements, including increased engagement with search results and reduced time spent navigating pages. Our focus extended to reimagining how data is presented in search results, ensuring a more intuitive and efficient product discovery process that seamlessly guides users through the Red Route.
By prioritizing user needs and leveraging data-driven insights, I transformed the search and filter experience into a more intuitive and efficient journey. These improvements led to a significant increase in user engagement, faster product discovery, and reduced navigation friction. Additionally, we saw a notable rise in the number of users entering and completing Red Route, ensuring a smoother path to purchase. By streamlining the process, we not only enhanced usability but also drove higher conversion rates, reinforcing the impact of thoughtful UX design on business success.
