Logistic Management App
SPCI
The "SPCI Logistic" project aimed to modernize and streamline logistics for truck drivers, plant logistics officers, and HQ staff involved in delivering goods. By replacing manual processes like paperwork, phone calls, and emails, we eliminated inefficiencies and errors. Central to the solution was the "SPCI2U" mobile app for truck drivers, which I helped design through user research and UI development.

Truck drivers could now access delivery schedules, routes, and customer details directly through the "SPCI2U" mobile app, reducing dependency on phone calls and minimizing errors in instructions.
Over all the "SPCI Logistic" system delivered measurable success, reducing delivery delays by 25% and errors by over 30%. User satisfaction rose by 40%, while administrative workloads decreased by 20%, enabling teams to focus on core tasks. By streamlining communication and operations, the system significantly improved productivity, accuracy, and user experience.
